WhatsApp automation for dental clinics

Your clinic's WhatsApp, answered — bookings, reminders and patient questions.

Kuvello is one person, not an agency: I'm david belikov, a sole operator (an individual, non-registered) working from Ramle, Israel. I build and run WhatsApp Business API bots for dental clinics — the bot books and reschedules appointments, sends reminders and answers routine patient questions in the clinic's own WhatsApp chat, in Hebrew or English, and hands anything unusual to your front desk.

What I set up for a clinic

I do the whole thing myself — the WhatsApp number, the approved message templates, the conversation flows and the connection to your calendar or CRM — and then I keep running it. It follows WhatsApp's messaging and opt-in rules, and your front desk stays in the loop.

  • WhatsApp Business API chatbot setup

Provisioning and configuration of the clinic's WhatsApp Business API number, approved message templates, and an automated bot that greets patients, answers common questions, and routes each conversation to the right next step.

  • Appointment booking & reminder automation

Booking, rescheduling, and cancellation flows for dental clinics, with confirmation messages and timed reminders that help reduce no-shows — all handled inside the patient's own WhatsApp chat.

  • Patient FAQ & intake automation

Instant answers to the questions patients ask most — hours, location, pricing, insurance, and how to prepare — plus a structured intake that collects the details a clinic needs before the visit.

  • CRM integration

Connection to CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, so patient contacts, appointments, and conversation history stay in sync with the tools the clinic already uses.

About

About Kuvello

Kuvello is one person: me, david belikov. I work from Ramle, Israel, as an individual sole operator — no agency, no staff, no registered company, no investors. When a clinic works with Kuvello, the person who designs the bot, writes the message templates, connects the number and picks up the phone afterwards is the same person: me.

Right now I run one project — a WhatsApp appointment-booking and patient-communication assistant for a dental clinic. I keep the work deliberately small: one clinic done properly at a time, with room to take on one or two more.

In practice it looks like this: a patient messages the clinic's WhatsApp number. The bot answers the routine questions, collects what's needed to book, books or reschedules the appointment, and sends a reminder before the visit. The moment something needs a person — an unusual question, a complaint, anything outside its script — it hands the conversation to the clinic's team with the chat history intact.

At a glance

  • One person: david belikov, sole operator in Ramle, Israel — you always talk to the builder.
  • Current work: one WhatsApp booking & patient-communication assistant for a dental clinic.
  • Bots run in Hebrew, English or both.
  • Built on the WhatsApp Business Platform, with opt-in messaging and STOP to opt out.
  • A person always takes over when the bot cannot help.

How it works

From first message to confirmed booking

A simple flow that runs on the clinic's own WhatsApp number.

  1. The patient sends a message

A patient messages the clinic's WhatsApp number to ask a question or request an appointment.

  2. The bot replies and collects details

Kuvello answers common questions instantly and gathers the information needed to book — name, preferred day, and reason for the visit.

  3. It books and reminds

The bot books, reschedules, or cancels the appointment and sends timed reminders before the visit to help reduce no-shows.

  4. A person steps in when needed

Anything the bot cannot handle is handed off to a member of the clinic's team, with the conversation history intact.

Questions clinics ask

Straight answers

Do patients need to install anything?

No. Patients use the WhatsApp they already have — they just message the clinic's number the same way they'd message anyone else.

Does it work in Hebrew?

Yes. I build the conversations in Hebrew, English, or both, and the bot replies in the language the patient writes in.

What does it cost?

A one-time setup fee plus a flat monthly fee, agreed before we start — no surprises later. There's no long-term contract: it runs month to month, and you can stop anytime.

How long does setup take?

Usually one to two weeks. Most of that is WhatsApp's own review of the clinic's number and message templates — building the bot itself takes me days, not months.

What happens when the bot gets stuck?

It stops guessing and hands the conversation to your front desk with the chat history attached. Patients are never left arguing with a machine.

Is this allowed by WhatsApp?

Yes — it runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, messages only people who opted in, and every patient can reply STOP at any time. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Kuvello is independent and not affiliated with Meta.
